This is a 2 hr training session led by YM head coach Colin Sandberg and/or assistant coach Elspbeth Huyett. Bring your bike, appropriate outdoor riding clothes, a helmet, and any food and drink you will require. Practices are usually intense, so make sure that you come in well fueled and hydrated.
Who: All junior riders (workouts will be split into "A" and "B" groups). Parents welcome. Riders should be comfortable riding in a pack and on open roads.
When: 5:30 PM sharp

Cost: Free for Cadet and Academy coached riders. All others can purchase a Go-Pass for $100/10 sessions. First session is free for new riders. No cost for parents.
