Group Training Ride

Focus: Time Trials

This is a 2 hr training session led by YM coach Colin Sandberg and assistant coach Elspbeth Huyett.  Bring your time trial bike or handlebars if you have them, appropriate outdoor riding clothes, a helmet, and any food and drink you will require. Practices are usually intense, so make sure that you come in well fueled and hydrated.

Who: All junior riders. Parents welcome. Riders should be comfortable riding in a pack and on open roads.

When: 5:30 PM sharp

Where: Rodale Fitness Park

Cost: Free for YM-coached riders. All other juniors can purchase a Go-Pass for $100/10 sessions.  First session is free for new riders.  No cost for parents.
